With AGNIS your institution will be able to submit the revised CIBMTR recipient outcomes forms. Five of the six mandated forms are currently available for use for electronic entry and retrieval (pre- and post-TED, HLA, IDM and form 2900). Additional forms will be available soon. Watch this space for future details.
